Customers are persons who have entered portions of this Site as (a) customers or (b) as persons who provide Personally Identifiable Information (defined below) as prospective customers or (c) as persons who download certain product information. The term Users refers to both Visitors and Customers. The words you and yours refer to Users. Our Site makes available an Assessment Tool through which a person may obtain suggestions as to particular products of ours that may be most appropriate to assist with his or her particular physical condition. The Tool provides a two step process. First, the person provides certain very basic information to access the Tool and understand its functionality. This very basic information contains no data as to their physical condition.
