Customers are persons who have entered portions of this Site as (a) customers or (b) as persons who provide Personally Identifiable Information (defined below) as prospective customers or (c) as persons who download certain product information. The term Users refers to both Visitors and Customers. The words you and yours refer to Users. We collect data about Customers through this Site when a Customer submits a request for information or views certain product information, requests newsletters or plays our vape board game, accesses one of our services on the Site (including our Assessment Tool), or otherwise contacts us. We do not sell products through this Site and we do not collect credit or debit card information through this Site. Our Site makes available an Assessment Tool through which a person may obtain suggestions as to particular products of ours that may be most appropriate to assist with his or her particular physical condition. The Tool provides a two step process. First, the person provides certain very basic information to access the Tool and understand its functionality. This very basic information contains no data as to their physical condition. Second, if the person is satisfied that use of the Tool might be appropriate, the person can provide the necessary physical information (age, gender, physical issue(s) to be addressed, level of severity, etc.) ONLY after the person has first provided his or her express consent that West Coast Vape Supply may receive and process the information. NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
In general, NPII is information that is generated by the use of the Site by a person but that does not identify him or her personally. In any case, we will maintain copies of Customer information to the extent retained as part of our Sites standard backup/archive process. Such information will not be publicly available. These procedures will not remove such of your information that has been provided by you to, or collected from you by, the Web sites of our business partners. Archived Customer information will be deleted in accordance with our Site administration policies that are aimed at minimizing storage costs. We cannot provide any assurance that any Customer information that has been archived and then deleted will be recoverable by any means.
